Official Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  

1. Eligibility:
   
   1. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
   2. Employees of Gruvpay, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.


2. Sweepstakes Period:
   
   1. Begins 2/18/2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends 2/28/2026 at 11:59 PM ET.


3. How to Enter:
   
   1. Follow & Like Gruvpay on Facebook and Instagram.
   2. Fill out the entry form with your full name, email address, and phone number.
   3. Check the box consenting to be contacted by Gruvpay with company information. (optional)
   4. Limit: One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.


4. Prize:
   
   1. Two (2) lower-level tickets to a Philadelphia 76ers home game (date TBD) + Access & $100 food credit at a club level restaurant. 
   2. Tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
   3. Winner is responsible for transportation, lodging, and other expenses not explicitly listed.


5. Winner Selection:
   
   1. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
   2. Drawing will be conducted by Gruvpay on 3/2/2026.


6. Notification:
   
   1. Winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided within 3 days of the drawing.
   2. Winner must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond forfeits the prize.


7. Publicity:
   
   1. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.


8. Limitation of Liability:
   
   1. Gruvpay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   2. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gruvpay and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use.


9. Privacy:
   
   1. Information collected from entrants, including name, email address, and phone number, will be used for: Administering the Sweepstakes, notifying the winner, and marketing communications (if entrant opts in).
   2. Personal information will be stored securely and handled in accordance with Gruvpay’s Privacy Policy.
   3. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails or contacting Gruvpay directly.
